  5. Start by pressing the large measure button once to turn the instrument on.

  7. (If pressing the measure button does not 
  8. turn the instrument on, simultaneously 
  9. press the measure button and the top 
  10. center select keys-this is called a 
  11. hard reset)

  13. Press the appropriate eye button below 
  14. the measure button for the eye you will 
  15. measure.  There will be a dot in the center 
  16. of the eye icon on the display window 
  17. indicating the eye the instrument is set for.
